Welcome to Socialout. By downloading or using the Socialout app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Socialout. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Do not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Use the app to arrange illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use the app for commercial solicitation without permission
• Post content that is violent, sexually explicit, or hateful

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Socialout. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are solely responsible for content you post and its accuracy.

5. Activities and Safety

Socialout connects people for real-world activities. You acknowledge that:

• Participation in activities is entirely at your own risk
• Socialout does not verify the identity of users
• You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users
• You should exercise appropriate caution when meeting strangers
• Socialout is not liable for any harm arising from in-person meetings

Always meet in public places and inform someone you trust of your plans.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Socialout offers a free tier and a paid Basic Plan subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Socialout app, logo, and all related content are owned by Socialout and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

Socialout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Socialout after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
